I want to have a weekend with fun activities, we all love pom poms and I think make some useful furniture creations for home decor. Inspired by Brit + Co, using pom poms for a wonderful project that can be used around the house in three ways. This is a 3 in 1 DIY projects such as rugs, wall hangings, and table cover. This project is very functional and just needs some time, invite friends to help you and spend this weekend with something special. The decor is interesting that you can use three completely different ways.
Materials:
– about 10 spools of yarn (we used shades of blue to create an ombre pattern).
– rug pad
Tools:
– scissors
– ruler
Instructions:
1. Cut rug pad to desired size. We cut ours to 3 feet x 3 feet.
2. Start to make pom poms, enough to cover your rug pad (these steps are best seen with the process photos below, so scroll down to see it in action, step by step!)
3. Once you have enough pom poms start tying them onto the rug pad. Then hang it, drape it or add it to your floor!
