This is the first house in front of the house by Khoury-Vogt Architects, after previously the master plan for Alys Beach was designed by Duany Plater-Zyberk & Co., plans for the first four levels were refined by Demetri Porphyrios to maximize the number of rooms and views of the bay. To achieve this goal, many parts of this palace are reduced in size and arranged in a simpler and more beautiful way. To be able to accommodate more guests, houses are configured as townhouses with three floors of living space with a main room located on the second floor to get the best beach views.
