This cabin stands alone in the middle of the amazing remote mountain landscape in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Designed by Filter Architecture, this small building serves as a shelter for pedestrians and allows beautiful mountain landscape views. This project became the only first project to facilitate a rating in order to be more accessible for the development of local infrastructure.
Named the name bivouac zoran simic cabin, perched very proudly on the edge of the canyon rakitnica, which stretches between two mountains: viso?ica dan bjelašnica. This is one of the most strategic locations where trekking trails cross the canyon, connecting the two mountains and making it possible to give pedestrians an unforgettable view. This is an attraction that is difficult for anyone to refuse.
Walking inside, the room has been configured by three platforms which also act as floor, bed and bench areas. Having two opposite platform leading to the entrance, the room was claimed to be able to load up to nine visitors sitting and facing each other. Towards this cabin you will feel like an extraordinary experience, and you also will not feel difficulty coming to this place because the outside design has been thought of in such a way that makes it easy to access the road.
